Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey 700ml

A rich, dark, Irish blend, Black Bush contains a high proportion of triple-distilled single malt, aged in Oloroso sherry casks for around 8-10 years before marriage with the grain. Picked up the top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards 2010. Tasting Notes by Gavin Smith Nose: Baked apples and spicy malt. A pleasingly mature character to it. Palate: Big bodied, slightly oily, with nutmeg and red wine. Sophisticated and assured. Finish: Notably long, drying with dark syrup and liquorice notes. Comment: A confident whiskey that feels as though it has some age to it.
